David Luc, P.Eng.
Founder & Principal
David Luc is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in land development project management across Ontario. His career has spanned the full development lifecycle — from initial site due diligence and municipal approvals through to servicing construction, lot registration, and final municipal assumption.
David has worked on residential site plans and subdivisions, mixed-use developments, and large-scale land assembly projects, managing consultant teams, navigating complex approval processes, and delivering projects for some of Ontario's most active land developers and builders.
He founded Insight Edge Project Management to bring that depth of experience directly to small and mid-size developers, private landowners, and builders who need senior-level project oversight without the overhead of a large firm.
